The Visible Payments Explorer
We built Vispay to demystify payment processing. It’s an educational simulator that lets you play with HSM cryptography (TR-31/TR-34, DUKPT), AS2805.2 message flows, and 4-party scheme clearing.
It features Triode, a guide with a 1950s sci-fi aesthetic who helps navigate the technical intricacies of modern finance.
Ticktack
Sailing, Video, and WhatsApp Bots
Phil races a 38-foot yacht twice a week. Managing a roster of 100+ volunteer crew via WhatsApp and Google Sheets is a logistical nightmare, so we built Ticktack to automate the process.
It handles the human side (crew sign-ups and rosters via a WhatsApp bot) and the technical side (syncing GPS telemetry with race video so the crew can review their performance). If the software can survive the salt and intensity of Sydney Harbour, it’s ready for anything.

Basketball Analytics for Coaches
Scout pulls together multiple data sources and turns them into actionable recommendations for past games and upcoming opponents.
Coaches can use a web widget or WhatsApp bot to ask questions about their team or opponents and instantly pull up video clips of key moments and plays.
